Production Innovation Lead (Oñate)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-driven Production Innovation Lead to champion the development and industrialization of new chocolate products at our Oñati plant. This role combines deep technical know-how with culinary creativity to scale up innovative recipes into efficient, high-quality production lines. You will be at the heart of product innovation, working closely with R&D, quality, production and commercial teams to turn concepts into market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new chocolate formats (pralinés, tablets, filled bars) from pilot to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for line compatibility, texture, structure, and shelf stability.
• Identify and implement new techniques, technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency and product quality.
