Job Description
Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment such as loaders, forklifts, powered hand tools, stress jack, button machine, and overhead cranes.
Perform and assist with production tasks such as fabrication, demolding, finishing, grinding, assembly, and material handling.
Conduct basic routine maintenance, inspections, and service of equipment, document discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, pulling, carrying, sweeping, cleaning, and moving materials.
Monitor production flow, process parameters, and equipment performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting and perform basic adjustments or minor repairs on equipment.
