Job Description
What You'll Do
- Support Production Manager in daily production operations.
- Monitor production progress, WIP and output to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions, SOPs and process specifications.
- Add visual aids (photos, diagrams, CAD images) to production documents.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and controlled under QMS.
- Identify production issues and drive process improvement.
- Train operators on new or updated processes and instructions.
- Support Quality team on NCR, RCA, and CAPA activities.
- Support new product introduction, pilot run and process validation.
