Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering and technical support for daily production operations
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and servicing of production machinery and equipment
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and machine maintenance manuals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement
- Analyze production performance and implement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reduce reject rates
- Plan, evaluate, and execute engineering projects to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, workplace regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
