**Job Description**
**About the Team:** The Production Control Supervisor supports manufacturing operations by developing and optimizing production plans, material flow, logistics processes, and information flow across machining and assembly areas. This role partners closely with Operations, Logistics, IT, customers, and suppliers to help ensure reliable delivery, accurate inventory, stable production schedules, and continuous improvement across the shop floor and supply chain. The position also provides leadership, coaching, scheduling support, and performance management for assigned employees.
