We are a food production and retail company with multiple fine food stores in Wicklow, Dublin, Kildare and Meath. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who is passionate about food to join our busy kitchen in our Central Processing Unit in Bray, Co Wicklow.
This position is ideal for anyone who is looking for day work and wants to advance their career. You will be working with fresh food produce and artisan ingredients. Our chefs are hardworking and creative, and we are very team focused. It is a busy kitchen and there will be high volume orders during seasonal periods, but it is an exciting time of development for us. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Culinary Lead to develop and grow the business. You will need the ability to lead the section and assist in up skilling your team.
