**Job Title: Production Associate/Worker**
**Job Description**
Perform repetitive general labor tasks in a brick manufacturing environment, including stacking bricks and supporting production operation
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Stack bricks from kiln carts onto monorail systems
+ Support brick manufacturing and production processes
+ Mix and maintain sand and slurry applications
+ Monitor product quality and production flow
+ Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
+ Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for long periods
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Basic mechanical understanding
+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions
**Pay & Shift:**
+ $22.5
+ Standard working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
