**Job Description**
The General Production Worker supports key manufacturing operations in a hands-on role as either a stacker or builder. In this position, you work with lumber and boxes, follow detailed work orders, and use hand and power tools to help ensure that customer products are accurately built and prepared at the start of the production process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stack lumber coming off a conveyor belt onto pallets at the beginning of the production process, maintaining consistent pace and accuracy.
+ Build boxes of varying sizes according to customer orders and production specifications.
+ Read and interpret work orders, including dimensions and other production details, to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
+ Assist with general labor and assembly tasks as needed to support overall production flow.
