Production Associate 1st Shift

We are currently seeking Production Associates for a client located in Easley, SC. In this role, you will work hands-on with fluid conveying products to ensure high quality standards are met and exceed our customer’s expectations.  
Responsibilities

• Ability to complete training process for each piece of equipment
• Ability to read and follow Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS), routers, and quality alerts
• Ability to gain knowledge on verifying quality, set up, SPC and lot numbers at the beginning of shift
• Gain understanding on maintaining a safe environment, an acceptable attendance and overtime worked record and approaching all duties with cooperative attitude
• Communicates with End of Line Operator (Team Member IV) and/or Production Supervisor regarding production schedule, safety, quality, delivery alerts and machine downtime issues.
• Assist with machine set up for change over
• May assist other operators as requested
