Job Description
**Assembly Technician**
**Pay:** $23.50–$25.50/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Differential
**Schedule:** Full-Time, Night Shift 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Overtime is anticipated and may be required based on production needs)
**Type:** Contract-to-Hire
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
+ Follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures
+ Install and secure parts including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings
+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
+ Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
+ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

**Required:**
+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Strong mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
