Main responsibilities
Support Team and Shift Leaders in the day-to-day running of the production line Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient and safe operations Manage raw materials from input through to finished product Drive improvements in production performance, scrap reduction, KPIs, and OEE Maintain high standards of communication across shifts and teams Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and quality procedures Provide cover for the Team Leader when required Promote a proactive, flexi...
