Production and Dispatch Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and finished goods
• Oversee packing and dispatch of daily orders
• Conduct quality checks before product release
• Coordinate daily production orders with the team
• Organize products inside the walk-in freezer
• Monitor delivery schedules and dispatch timing
• Coordinate with Sales regarding orders and stock availability

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Responsible and proactive
• Able to coordinate with different teams
• Experience in production, warehouse, or dispatch is an advantage

Location: Muralla Industrial Park , Meycauayan

Schedule : Mondays – Saturdays
