POSITION SUMMARY
- Production line in charge to oversee UPS production at Ambernath factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.
- Resource management – Human, Material, Machine Money
- Drive Continuous improvement and Kaizens on the line.
- Daily work management and Tier accountability through VOS （Vertiv operating system）
- Ensure quality products are delivered.
- Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
- On the Job training to new operators.
- Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
- Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.
- Problem solving through RCA's.
- Utilise lean principle for Waste elimination.
