Product Support Engineer

The role involves collaborating with customers and internal/external experts to resolve incidents related to our electromechanical and keyless locking solutions, as well as associated web applications.
Responsibilities include hosting and maintenance activities for our cloud-hosted solutions and potentially working irregular shifts. We operate a hybrid work model to support you in this set up.
