Job Description
This role will be suited to someone who is highly skilled and customer focused, ideally you would be a technician who enjoys a challenge and is capable of operating autonomously whilst delivering world class results.
Key responsibilities of the role:
The responsibilities of the Key Personnel (Product Support Advisor) shall include, but not be limited to the following:
Provide application support and maintenance advice for all equipment powered by Cummins engines.
Act as asubject matter expert and provide on-the-job training for the principal's maintenance personnel. This will include coaching maintainers unfamiliar with the machines in routine maintenance and diagnostic techniques.
Assist the Principal in the supervision of equipment servicing.
Assist with parts interpretations and resolving of parts sourcing issues.
