Job Description
· Drives technical collaboration between internal teams and owns the design decisions to deliver a product on time and in spec.
· Primary technical interface between the customer and the company, engaging in deep technical conversations about system design, characteristics, and performance as well as product issues
· Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
· Provide regular updates to management on program status, gaps, and where needed, provide potential solutions to bring programs back on track.
· Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
