Purpose of the role
Provide professional technical service support for Underground Mining (UMR) customers and Epiroc personnel.Promote Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.Perform training programs in cooperation with Technical Services Manager for Epiroc service and customers in order to become best service in the industryMaintain a close relationship with customers, Service operation Manager and Business Line Manager Parts and Service Division (BLM PSD) to coordinate customer service strategiesManage and protect the Company’s assetsSupport functions and processes in proactive way to service business in order to ensure excellent customer service, service order processing, minimize the working capital of the company and by that to grow our market share and achieve sustainable profitable growth Responsibilities & Expectations
