About The Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution‑oriented approach.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Product Sales Executive to champion the adoption of global employment, cross‑border compliance, and payroll solutions for small and mid‑sized businesses scaling internationally.

You’ll bring HR and global talent management solutions to market, guiding customers through the full sales journey. From initial outreach to closing, you’ll use a mix of consultative selling and commercial instincts to drive growth and deepen customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of the sales cycle to independently prospect, build, and close a high‑volume pipeline, leveraging our existing Revolut Business customer base
