We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Required skills:
In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong product management skills, including the ability to create and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and advocate for stakehodler needs
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working as a Product Owner in Agile development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
