Elevate operational efficiency as the Product Owner, Knowledge & Content Platform at BRP. Drive self-service adoption and enhance dealer interactions through strategic content management and technology.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evolving the Knowledge Center into a robust self-service product. The position merges business, content, and technology, focusing on improving productivity while increasing dealer autonomy. You will also work to build confidence in self-service capabilities and significantly decrease unnecessary support cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Knowledge & Content Platform to boost dealer self-service
• Define and implement knowledge governance and content strategies
• Lead reduction of low-value content through data-driven analysis
• Manage content approval processes for quality assurance
• Collaborate with experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
