Product Operations Specialist (Backoffice)

About the Role

In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Marketplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following:

• Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
• Cross‑Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back‑office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes.
