We're looking for a Product Operations Intern to support our strategic planning and budget management efforts.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership, helping drive critical processes around communication, tooling, and data analysis in a fast-paced global environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport leadership communications by drafting, reviewing, and organizing messages, and managing follow-ups.Assist in the evaluation and implementation of tools for budget planning and tracking.Create templates to capture headcount, contractor info, software licenses, and other budget data, using Excel for automation when applicable.Track key project milestones to ensure on-time delivery of planning tasks.Analyze cost data, compare to budgets, and identify gaps or improvement areas.Help maintain dashboards and reports to keep leadership informed of budget progress.Assist in initiating and tracking hiring and procurement acti...
