Product Manager (Sto.Tomas, Batangas – Branch Sales)

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration/management, or project management.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in banking, finance
• With extensive experience in processing “SANGLA TITULO”
• Has experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Must be a strategist, assertive, innovative, persuasive, and analytical
• Has the ability to work under pressure
• In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree
• With relevant Sales experience is a requirement
