We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Owner to lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of Xceedance’s AI powered technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of insurance operations, technology, and business strategy, requiring someone who can translate complex insurance requirements into actionable product features while driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and insurance market needs
- Work with other Product Owners to align developments
- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify trends in insurance technology, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning
