As Grid Technology Product Management, we are developing digitally enabled solutions and products, including hardware and software , for high voltage energy transition applications like High Voltage Switchgears, Transformers, and Composite Insulators & Surge Arresters. Currently, our development process is split into silos, with hardware following a waterfall approach and software utilizing agile principles. Recently, we designed an Agile Operating Model based on the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework to integrate hardware and software into a cohesive end - to - end agile development value stream .
