Product Manager
Dedicated Product Manager for 2–3 founders at a time, responsible for the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own client outcomes.
- Manage 2–3 founders at once, set clear expectations, and deliver a 10-star experience.
- Turn vision into a plan.
- Translate messy ideas into goals, roadmaps, and prioritized weekly plans.
- Scope features end-to-end—prototypes, flows, specs, edge cases—without relying on engineers or designers to fill gaps.
- Partner with engineering; work closely with a Technical Lead to unblock delivery, simplify solutions, answer feasibility questions, and keep the squad shipping predictably.
- Lead with data; define success metrics, write analytics specs, and answer “is this working?” with real insights.
