Job Description
The Product Manager drives product development and marketing strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets for their assigned portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be the company’s product champion based on the products assigned under own portfolio.
• To develop a cost-effective and thorough marketing plan for his product and implement the
marketing strategies that are written on it within the specified time frame.
• To be aware at all times of all factors influencing the status of assigned products –competition,
pricing, government policies, drugstores and all channels of product distribution
• To assist the Training Manager in the development of teaching syllabus for the new members of
the Sales teams as well as during the conduct of relevant product training.
• To periodically meet the Sales Teams under his care and initiate the updating and enriching of
their product knowledge.<...
