Product Strategy & Planning

competitor analysis

Define product vision, positioning, target audience, and value proposition

Create and manage a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives

Product Design & Development

Design program structure including curriculum framework, duration, and delivery

model (online/offline/hybrid)

Coordinate with academic heads, SMEs, trainers, and content teams

Ensure academic quality, industry relevance, and learner outcomes
