Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ensure products are designed for manufacturability, assembly, validation, and testing.

Develop and optimize production processes, equipment, tools, and manufacturing systems to support efficient and reliable production.

Define Equipment, Process, and Manufacturing Requirements based on product specifications and factory standards.

Coordinate the development, sourcing, installation, and validation of manufacturing equipment and automated test systems.

Perform technical risk assessments using methodologies such as pFMEA and support process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ.

Prepare, execute, and report pilot builds and Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) runs to release processes for production.

Support manufacturing ramp-up activities and ensure a smooth handover to operational production teams.
