Knowledge in product development process; feasibility, concept and development, cost analysis, validation, release and following until introduction on production. Knowledge in manufacturing process; sheet bending, laser, shear process, welding, etc. CAD experience 3 D and 2 D; sheetmetal, part design, assembly and drawing. Ability to guide the development of mechanical structure (calculation of constraints, understanding of load cases, vibrations, and FEA, able to make technical judgement on technical performance). Knowledge in welding, and corrosion. Knowledge of material resistance/mechanical of materials. Qualifications Academic Level: Engineer Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Automotive.
