Responsibilities
- Understand internal and external customer design requirements. - Create design. - Communication design. - Validate design. - Launch product. - Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process. - Capture lessons learned. - Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables. - Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets. - Communicate effectively both internally and externally. - Apply structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution. - Manage program risk.
