+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of work experience developing supply chains in manufacturing and test.
+ 8 years of experience in manufacturing and test.
+ Experience working with Original Device Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers and component suppliers for Hardware (HW) in the data center networking topology.
+ Experience with high speed optical and copper network infrastructure design and testing methodologies including ethernet, serial bus interfaces, transceivers,BERT, etc.
