Own the entire visual experience: web, product, marketing, everything
Design and code simultaneously. Next.js, Tailwind, React. Ship v1 today
Make decisions on taste and own them. Wrong? Iterate. Don't ask permission
Set the standard. When developers look at Zernio they should think these people know what they're doing
Build systems that scale: typography, color, components. Keep it coherent as we grow
