Job Title: Product Development Trainer - Junior 
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support training initiatives within global product development and its partners, with a focus on both new and existing software systems and processes. Our team is committed to the effective adoption of tools and workflows that drive continuous improvement and collaborative success.
Responsibilities:Assist in designing, developing, and facilitating training materials for product development tools, systems, and workflows.
Conduct user training sessions, both live in-person and virtually, for new and existing team members.
Provide technical support and resolve process or training-related issues within supported applications.
