This role is the Head of Product's right hand. You will run the day-to-day product engine - development, suppliers, samples, approvals, and critical path - with genuine autonomy, freeing the Head of Product to focus on strategy and growth. You will be trusted to make calls within your lane, escalating decisions rather than tasks, and earning increasing autonomy as you go.
