As a Product Designer on the Amazon Music Core Experiences Design team, you will design voice-first and multimodal interactions that shape how customers experience music through spoken language. You'll work at the intersection of visual craft and conversational design — crafting TTS responses, anticipating how customers interpret single and multi-turn voice interactions, and ensuring spoken experiences pair seamlessly with on-screen content across Alexa-enabled devices.
Working alongside senior product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will support the design of voice interactions that feel natural, useful, and delightful. You'll use your knowledge of conversational UX and visual design to build, iterate, and refine solutions with guidance from your team. To succeed, you need a passion for language, empathy for how people listen and respond, strong visual sensibilities, and the curiosity to explore how voice and screen work together.
