Job Description

As a Product Design & Front-End Development Manager, you'll lead a combined team of product designers and front-end building and maintaining marketing websites for a variety of brands. You'll balance people leadership, execution, technical and design quality, and cross-functional collaboration to help your team and the broader product organization do their best work. 
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product designers and front-end developers.
Support career growth through feedback, mentorship, performance management, and development planning across both disciplines.
Help teams prioritize work, manage delivery, and maintain quality in both design craft and front-end implementation.
