Product Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Product Coordinator to manage the administration and coordination of Air-Weigh sales and installations.

In this role, you will ensure a seamless experience from quote through to installation, maintaining accuracy, strong communication and a clear audit trail.

You will also support broader sales and customer service activities across the E-Max business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Air-Weigh quotes, sales orders, invoicing and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installers
• Maintain detailed records for all installations, communications and compliance requirements
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and respond to enquiries
