This role focuses on understanding data flows, system integrations, and documentation across various platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product performance, manage backlogs, and visualize system architecture.
Understand complex systems and how they interact, including basic API functionality and data flows.
Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and integrations.
Read and interpret JSON objects, REST APIs, and AWS structures (e.g., S3 buckets).
Draw diagrams using Lucidchart to illustrate system integrations and data movement.
Use tools like Confluence and JIRA to manage tickets, backlogs, and documentation.
