Job Description
We’re looking for a Produce Assistant to join our team and help keep our fruit and vegetable department looking its best
Responsibilities
- Filling shelves and keeping displays full, fresh, and ap-peel-ing (banana joke!)
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure top standards
- Processing incoming stock
- Assisting with product prep (e.g. halving pumpkins, making fruit salad)
- Cleaning and keeping the shop and preparation area organised
Requirements
- As the role involves lifting and handling product, you’ll need to be physically fit and able to work on your feet
- An eye for detail is also essential — presentation and freshness matter here
