Job Description
- Follow up procurement packages
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with focus on cost reduction and value creation
- Conduct market screening to identify cost‑effective suppliers and solutions
- Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations
- Monitor and ensure delivery according to agreed timeframe, cost, and quality
- Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing
- Ensure all activities comply with client guidelines, work instructions, and procedures
- Continuously contribute to improvements that reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration
