- Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers; develop and expand qualified sources of supply.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and track delivery status.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions, required quality levels, and on-time delivery schedules.
- Generate and implement cost reduction ideas and actions.
- Resolve issues and troubles that arise during operations.
- Prepare payment documents.
- Analyze supply chain data for optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality) on specifications and requirements.
- Manage supplier contracts and performance evaluation metrics.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
