The role of Procurement Specialist reports to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for supporting the end-to‑to‑pay process across Aecon Industrial projects. The position manages purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, goods receipt, and invoice workflows within SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of procurement‑related issues. The Procurement Specialist works closely with project teams and suppliers to maintain efficient operations, minimize exceptions, and support overall project execution.
