Procurement Specialist (El Marqués)

Your Job

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist at our office in El Marques to join our Procurement team.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and validate purchase requisitions, including review of quotations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Plant Users and other internal customers on the ordering process.
• Manage procurement systems and Purchase Orders, including PO aging clean-up, PO closure, and related system tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Team and other departments such as Finance and Tax.
• Ensure all processes comply with Procurement strategy, policies and internal controls.
• Work proactively with cross-functional teams to deliver superior value and meet Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) expectations.
