Procurement Specialist: Commodity Management &Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality.
• Create local, regional, and global savings opportunities.
• Support the delivery of working‑capital and creditor targets for the site.
• Ensure control and proper responsibility for expenditure of company funds.
• Develop and implement business procurement strategies for assigned products, consistent with global or local procurement plans.
• Negotiate agreements with suppliers for raw materials within the value of spend.
• Establish project‑management discipline for identifying and tracking tasks, resources, milestones and measures for projects.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on projects to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities.
