Job Description
Source, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, pricing and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long‑term collaboration.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve optimal value for the company.
Conduct regular supplier evaluations, audits and performance reviews.
Procurement & Purchase Order Management
Process and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Address and resolve issues such as delayed deliveries, damaged goods and invoice discrepancies.
Work closely with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
Cost Control & Budget Management
Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.
Analyze spending patterns to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
