Qualifications
: - Diploma or Degree and/or higher education or specialized training/certification Requirements : - Data management and tracking skills- General financial/taxation knowledge Job Descriptions : - Responsible for PO management with medium complexity for low and medium categories
- Checks for unprocessed Catalog PO's and raises alarms for concerns
- Replies complex email and phone queries and handles first level escalation from internal/external Customer
- Talks to key requestors on regular basis for feedback, provides basic documentation
- Determines and develops approaches to administrative procurement assignments and processes
- Solves a broad range of procurement process problems of varying scope and complexity
- Responsible for department duties which require use of planning and judgment
