Overview
MacTaggart Scott is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Procurement Price Analyst who thrives on problem‑solving and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity while building effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
The role involves sourcing and pricing goods and services in line with the Procurement strategy, supporting major bids and contracts, and engaging with potential new suppliers. Additional responsibilities include conducting supplier and category analysis, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate data within our IFS system.
Initially, the successful candidate will work under close supervision to develop an understanding of defence procurement and company systems, with the aim of progressing to a more autonomous role over time.
