Job Description
As Procurement Officer , you will be responsible for managing the procurement for the allocated segment through completion of the process till execution. You will be working towards daily review of PRs, RFQ issuance, preparing QEM / proposal, obtaining approval as per SOP, negotiating and issuing PO or Contract. You will also follow delivery, maintain vigilance on documentation & payment process and ensure transparent transactions and team monitoring for compliance.
What will you do:
- Core Procurement – Successful competitive bidding, awarding PO / Contracts under collaboration with all stakeholders. Guide RFQ process to support team for less than one million cases under strict vigilance. Lead cash procurement, monitor transaction transparency and verification of rates of relevant areas. Maintain and ensure complete confidentiality at all steps while processing all cases.
