What You'll Do
- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services
- Request quotations and negotiate pricing
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and logistics teams
- Monitor purchasing activities to ensure timely supply
- Review supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure purchasing processes comply with company policies
- Prepare purchasing reports and cost-saving analysis
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes
